How the Group Nightlife Experience Is Planned

  1. Send the group details: preferred date, number of participants, ages, music preferences and accommodation area.
  2. Regulation and availability check: Tour Me Out confirms which nightlife formats and venues can be offered legally on that date.
  3. Proposal: receive the agreed meeting point, start time, inclusions, price and cancellation conditions.
  4. Pre-arrival information: share identification, dress-code and behaviour requirements with every participant.
  5. Enjoy the confirmed format: follow the agreed plan and respect venue staff, neighbours and public-space rules.

What Can Be Included in the Group Nightlife Proposal?

The final proposal may include the following, subject to written confirmation:

  • More than one night experience: If your group buys one night plan, the second one is included in the same price. Could be 2 Pub Crawl nights, 2 Club entrance, 1 Pub Crawl and one club entrance. 
  • Venue or club entry: at one of the Barcelona’s best nightclubs.
  • Selected Bars & Clubs: Opium, Ku, Sutton, Ottozut, Luz de Gas, La Fira, City Hall and more clubs. 
  • Transportation: A one-way metro ticket when specifically stated.
  • An English-speaking host: or coordinator when group is confirmed. He will contact for meeting point and start time.
  • Not automatically included: alcoholic drinks, street drinking, personal alcohol, return transport, cloakroom fees, additional venue charges or any element not stated in the final proposal.

FAQ's About Barcelona Nightlife for Groups

We will confirm a suitable nightlife format for the requested date: club tickets, Pub Crawl, Tipsy tour route going to cocktail bars, DJ special event or whatever your group would need. 

Bar crawls are allowed in Barcelona, as long as they do not promote all-you-can-drink deals or included shots. Our experiences do not include either of these. 

 All participants must be aged 18 or over and should carry valid photographic identification accepted by the confirmed venue.

Some clubs could be +21, but we’ll inform you if its in your route. 

If its a private group, we can start whenever you want, normally recommending 20pm to start. Private-group arrangements can vary, so follow the time confirmed in your written proposal.

If you want to enjoy our Pub Crawl general route it normally starts at 23pm.

Normally we meet in Plaça Reial, outside Kabul Party Hostel at Plaça Reial 17. Your exact meeting point will be reconfirmed before the booking.

The proposal may include oarty guide, 2 bar route, venue or club entry and a one-way metro ticket. 

If you come to one night to our pub crawl, next night is algo included for groups. 

Drinks are not automatically included. Any included drink or non-alcoholic alternative must be stated explicitly in the final proposal.

The current activity information states no sportswear, flip-flops or shorts. Venue rules can change, so every participant should follow the dress code supplied before the event.

Yes, there are two options to enjoy if your activity is a Pub Crawl. You can do it private or you can enjoy the general route.

We always recommend the second option, because is the organic and natural way of doing a Pub Crawl, meeting new people and socializing. 

You can cancell with any charges at least one week before activity starts.

Private-group terms are special and will be confirmed before payment.
