Learn to cook authentic paella from local chefs in the heart of Valencia.
All our tapas & wine experiences are guided by Vitto, a professional sommelier with a lot of experience in wine pairing and a great connoisseur of the ingredients of the whole Mediterranean diet. The groups are small, so you can experiment in a fun way, learn and have a good time.
Although we collaborate with centrally located restaurants for the experiences, we do not go to very touristy places, but to trusted places that we know are run by authentic people who love Valencian food.
All our experiences are guided by a local food and beverage professional.

Normally we will meet around 17-18h in the afternoon, go for a walk to get to know the city center and then we will go straight to have a paella experience, wine tasting or typical Valencian tapas tour. Whatever you like we can do it.
Normally the minimum is 4 people and the maximum is 20 people per group. In our experiences we do not do a tapas tour to try several restaurants but we will do the whole experience in the same place to learn more and have more time to taste the food.
To really enjoy these tapas experiences in Valencia it is best to do it in small groups. Everyone can participate and have fun.
